Returns + Exchanges

Pro Photo Connection has a 7-day return policy, except the following, for which sales are final:
1. Photosensitive products (such as film and darkroom papers)
2. Opened paper products (such as inkjet papers & seamless backgrounds)
3. Opened printer inks
4. Lab prints and services

Any items returned must be in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
